FLARE YOUR LANDING
With PMDG aircraft or an airliner use full flaps at 125kts and start the flair at 200 feet feeding in up elevator slowly then try to hold the aircraft at 10Ft and let it sink in flaring at the last moment. Refer to the landing video in the lower left corner on pervious page.

CHANGE VIEW ON LANDING
With new aircraft try landing from the outside rear until you have the feel for the flair then go back into the cockpit and try it. repeat if needed.
