I had my first short story published in 2018 through Morpheus Tales. Last year, I was a finalist for the Chester B. Himes Memorial Fiction Contest.

Hannas, Chris

Chris Hannas is the author of the novel The Perfect Hours. His short fiction won the 2020 INARA 1000 Words Contest and has been featured in LEON Literary Review, From Whispers to Roars, Flash Fiction Magazine, and the podcast Ripples in Space.

Hosking, Sandra

Sandra Hosking is a photographer, writer and playwright based in Spokane, WA, USA. Publishing credits include The Spokesman-Review, Journal of Business, Glass International, Inland NW Homes & Lifestyles, Down to Earth Northwest, Insight for Playwrights, Joey, 3 Elements Review, West Texas Review, and Edify Fiction. Her plays have been performed in New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Canada, and elsewhere. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America. Hosking holds an M.F.A. in theatre/playwriting from the University of Idaho and an M.F.A. in creative writing from Eastern Washington University.

Karavatos, Nicholas

Nicholas Karavatos is an assistant professor of poetics at the Arab American University of Palestine near Jenin in the West Bank. He was a U.S. Ambassador’s Distinguished Scholar to Ethiopia in 2018 at Bahir Dar University, and from 2006 through 2017, an assistant professor of creative writing at the American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. He is a graduate of Humboldt State University in Arcata and New College of California in San Francisco. Of his 2009 book *No Asylum*, David Meltzer writes: “Nicholas Karavatos is a poet of great range and clarity. This book is an amazing collectanea of smart sharp political poetry in tandem with astute and tender love lyrics. All of it voiced with an impressive singularity.”
