Copper dome, marble floors and stained-glass windows make the church one of Florida’ s most spectacular.

Burials date to 1763; it was used for fallen soldiers during the Second Seminole War. It’ s one of only 10 national cemeteries that display an illuminated flag 24 hours a day.

The magnificent Orthodox Chapel is filled with Byzantine-style frescoes; also take a tour of the historic museum.
