The facility operates from 7 a . m . to 9 p . m . and is just a short walk away from both the VIC and the historic district . The daily parking rate is $ 20 during peak hours ( 7 a . m . - 5 p . m .), and during special events . During off-peak times ( 5-9 p . m .), the rate is $ 5 . Please be aware that the ParkStAug app cannot be used for this parking garage at the moment .
