place where Pedro Menéndez founded
St. Augustine. Experience the gilded age at the

Wander through a museum of the bizarre at
the family-friendly Ripley’s Believe It or Not!
Museum. At St. Augustine’s Old Jail, built in
1891, costumed “deputies” show you cell
blocks and the sheriff ’s quarters. Greet ocean
friends at Marineland Dolphin Adventure and
the St. Augustine Aquarium.
The Medieval Torture Collection is not for the
faint of heart. The escape room at Escape U
requires all your puzzle solving skills to make
your way out. And intrepid visitors can fi nd a
ghost tour every night of the week.
