World Golf Hall of Fame
Lagoon Course
Built as the permanent home of THE
PLAYERS Championship at TPC Sawgrass,
players find short, medium and long holes
with a course routing laid out so no two
consecutive holes ever play in the same
direction. Its signature island green on the
par-3 17th hole is one of the most recognized in golf.
The only place in the world where golf’s
greatest players are enshrined along with
exhibits tracing the evolution of the game.
Personal memorabilia and artifacts from
all Hall of Fame members and the biggest
names in golf today are also on display.
Ponte Vedra Inn & Club’s par-70, 6,022-yard
masterpiece places a premium on accurate
drives and thoughtful approaches.
The sister course to the world-famous TPC
Stadium Course is a challenging course
where seasoned and casual golfers can
benefit from the design with wider fairways
and larger greens.
THE PLAYERS Championship
Each May, Ponte Vedra Beach hosts THE
PLAYERS Championship, recognized by PGA
TOUR members as “their” championship and
awards the largest purse on the Tour.
World Golf Hall of Fame’s anchor course was
designed by Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen.
The 6,939-yard resort course is distinguished
by memorable par-3s and its natural beauty.
King & Bear
Named for its co-designers Arnold Palmer
and Jack Nicklaus, the 7,279-yard course at
World Golf Village is eminently playable and
picturesque. It is rated among Golf Week’s
“Top Resort Courses.”
