parties. The Colonial Oak features two on-site caterers for
your selection plus an amphitheater under a sweeping live
oak at no additional charge. They are able to provide family-
style seating for more than 175 or for cocktail receptions for
225-275. With an authentic Pirate Museum on-site they are
also able to provide a unique themed reception with pirates
and re-enactors to enhance the uniqueness of your event.

Ximenez-Fatio House
The Ximenez-Fatio House is located on Aviles Street, the
oldest street in the oldest city - a street that features sidewalk
dining in a European atmosphere. The house is furnished
as it was in 1821 when it served as a large boardinghouse
in the principal city of the U.S. Territory of Florida. Authentic

The Peña-Peck House
This house was originally the home of the Royal Spanish
Treasurer, Juan Estevan de Pena, the home of the British
Governor after the Revolutionary War, Governor Tonyn,
and was the Peck family home for almost 100 years. This

The Oldest House & Llambias House
Built in the mid-1700s, the Llambias House is a first period
Spanish colonial building featuring gardens perfect for
outside receptions. The rustic gardens feature a romantic
arbor, Spanish moss draped trees, and brick-paved

Black Raven Pirate Ship
The Black Raven, located at the Municipal Marina, was built
for the purpose of entertaining and is U.S. Coast Guard
approved. It consists of three decks, including a covered
lounge area with a fully licensed bar and two restrooms.
This year-round ship has a daily cruise for all ages called the
‘Treasure Hunt,’ and a special adults only trip called the ‘Rum
Runners’ on the weekends. In addition they specialize in
birthday parties for all ages, weddings, family reunions, senior
groups, schools, company outings and team building cruises.
On private charters they can provide lunch or dinner with the
surprise option of your food being delivered during a battle
with another pirate ship, the Queen Anne’s Revenge. Each
event cruise can be custom designed to your needs.

Limelight Theatre offers live theater shows on two stages.
Groups of 10 or more can receive reduced ticket prices
with advance reservations. A “Buy the House” option is also
available for one entire performance, with the organization
