lands, admission into the Castillo de San Marcos is free.

Oceanwise - An Evening for the Estuaries
Enjoy an evening hosted by the GTM Research Reserve as
the sun sets on the Guana River from 6-9 p.m. at the GTM
Research Reserve Environmental Education Center. The event
features music, beverages, sustainably sourced food from local

Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue at the
Ponte Vedra Concert Hall
With frontman Troy “Trombone Shorty” Andrews at the helm,
the celebrated New Orleans funk, jazz and brass group,
Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, returns to the
Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. Part Jimi Hendrix, part James
Brown and all New Orleans, Andrews is the bandleader
and frontman of Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, a
hard-edge funk band that employs brass-band beats, rock
dynamics and improvisation in a jazz tradition. Andrews is
celebrated for his ability to fuse old and new styles of jazz into
a genre he’s dubbed “Supafunkrock.” Doors open at 7 p.m.;
