June-October 2016 ONGOING EVENTS Wednesdays: St. Augustine Beach Farmers Market Farmer’s Arts and Crafts Market Farmers’ Market located at the ocean-side St. Johns County Pier Park featuring selections of fresh produce, plants, baked goods, fine art, jewelry and more! Dozens of vendors participate each Wednesday morning year round, rain or shine from 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Join the fun and shop local. 350 A1A Beach Blvd., St. Augustine Beach. 904-347-8007 www.sabca.org Wednesdays: May - October 12 Music by the Sea Concert Free weekly concert at the St. Johns County Pier features a wide variety of musical genres. The seaside concerts are 7 – 9 p.m. Starting at 6 p.m. a local favorite restaurant will offer dinners as an option for concert goers. All dinners are priced at $10 or less. Concert goers are encouraged to car pool or ride the shuttle from the St. Augustine Beach City Hall. Corner of Cathedral Place and King Street, St. Augustine. 904-825-1004 www.plazaconcerts.com Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: Historic Weapon Demonstrations at Castillo de San Marcos National Parks Service volunteers and personnel demonstrate weapons and relate the experiences of the Colonial Spanish soldier stationed in St. Augustine in the 1740s. Demonstration times are 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults; Children 15 and under are free. The Castillo is open 8:45 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily. www.nps.gov/casa. 2
