The Battle of Bloody Mose
This 7th annual re-enactment of the June 26, 1740 Battle of Bloody
Mose provides visitors with an exciting look at this pivotal battle
between the British under the command of Georgia’s James
Oglethorpe and the Spanish militia composed of former British
slaves who had been granted their freedom by the Spanish. On
Saturday, the program is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with battle reenactments at 11 a.m. On Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., visitors can
meet re-enactors portraying the various Spanish, British, African
and Native American groups present during the battle. The event
is free and weather permitting. There is a $2 admission fee to enter

Father’s Day at the Hall of Fame
The World Golf Hall of Fame offers complimentary admission to
everyone for Father’s Day and dads get a free round on the putting
course. Golf themed movies will be playing free all day in the IMAX
theater. Museum will be open from 12 -6 p.m. One World Golf Pl.

Schooner Freedom Father’s Day Sail
Celebrate Father’s special day with a cruise aboard St. Augustine’s
premier tall ship, the Schooner Freedom. The sails on the Matanzas
River casts off at 12:15 p.m. (1.5 hour sail) $25 adults, $10 kids; 2:15
p.m. (2-hour sail) $35 for adults, $25 for kids; the Sunset Sail departs
at 6:15 p.m. (2-hour sail) $45 per person. All depart from the City
Marina. Pack a picnic or bring desert. Complimentary beer, wine,
