Marsh Walk
Explore the Anastasia Marsh Trail at Anastasia State Park with a park ranger
and learn about the importance of estuarine systems that surround the
inshore sides of barrier islands from 10-11 a.m. Suggested items to bring are
binoculars, comfortable walking shoes, a camera, drinking water, bug spray
and sunscreen. Meet in front of the ranger station. This event is weather
permitting and subject to cancellation. The walk is free with regular park

Dolphin Paddle on Salt Run
Join Anastasia Watersports and Marineland Dolphin Adventure for a fun-
filled interpretive paddle of Salt Run at Anastasia State Park from 5:30-7:30
p.m. Anastasia Watersports staff will provide illuminating details about the
ecosystem and the myriad wildlife that inhabit it. Terran, a dolphin expert
from Marineland, will fill guests in on fascinating facts about the dolphins
that are born, breed and thrive in our waterway. The event will start with
30 minutes of classroom discussion followed by 90 minutes of paddling.
