Searle’s Raid of St. Augustine
This annual event commemorates the bloody pirate raid led by Robert
Searle against the city and inhabitants of St. Augustine in 1668. This is the
350 th anniversary of Searle’s Raid. On Friday starting at 4:30 p.m., there
will be a call to arms and procession on St. George Street and Cathedral
Place to the City Gate. On Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., there will be a
historic encampment with 17th century weapons, clothing, equipment, camp
life and social activities shown and demonstrated at the Fountain of Youth
Archaeological Park, 11 Magnolia Ave. The re-enacted battle will begin at
4:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Plaza de la Constitución and will progress to

Miniature Marvels Exhibition
This is a juried exhibition at the St. Augustine Art Association. The exhibition
features 2D and 3D pieces that are no larger than 12 inches, including the

FSM Run With a Mission 5K and 10K
This event that takes place in Nocatee features a 5K, 10K and 1-mile
fun run through the community of Nocatee Greenway Trails. The race
starts and ends at the vacant lot near the Publix Shopping Center. The
races will conclude with fun family activities, including a bounce house,
music, face painting and post-run food. The races begin at 8:30 a.m.
