September 1 Women Who Made A Difference : Cora Tyson Exhibit Debut Presented by the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center , Women Who Made A Difference features African American women from St . Augustine committed to their community such as Civil Rights activists , educators and medical professionals . Cora Tyson is a pillar of the community known for her activism and famously housed Dr . Martin Luther King , Jr . during the Civil Rights Movement in St . Augustine . The exhibit opens on September 1 and will remain as a permanent installation .
