Today "Florida Magazine" is having the pleasure of interviewing Lenny from "Nasty Beat Makers"... we are so honored to have you with us! Our first question to begin this interview is: Who is Nasty Beat Makers?
NBM is made up of 2 people: Jonny Mollings aka Dj Nasty, and myself, Leonardo Mollings... 2 of 3 brothers that somehow grew up listening, loving, and appreciating the art music.
How did u come up with the name "Nasty Beat Makers?"
No brainer... We're BeatMakers and Nasty is a respected DJ in the industry.
What inspired "NBM" to start doing music?
We were in love with music since we were kids. At 5years old I was using the couch as drums.
What are some artist that you have worked with?
Backstreet Boys, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Plies, 8ball mjg, Ace Hood, Young Jeezy, Chris Brown, Neo....
Wow that's amazing! If you could have the chance to work with anyone that you haven't already worked with, who would it be?
I would love to work with Beyoncé or Sia & Dj Nasty would really like to work with JayZ..
Wow, that would be great! What is favorite thing you like about your job?
It's not a job, it's a lifestyle. I will always make music; money, or no money. I like the creative process and when it's all said and done, I can sit back and enjoy.
Great reply! Any upcoming projects that you're working on?
We signed an incredible R&B singer from the UK called Shad Star. We recently released his debut EP called "STAR STUDENT" AVAILABLE ON iTunes and spotify.

How does it feel to be a Grammy award winner music producer?
It's an honor to be able to say that we reached a goal that so many thrive for, and knowing that the term "Grammy Winner" stays with you forever... it's a good feeling.
