Describe your first ever rap battle event: Who did it feature, what was the venue, how was the audience? The First War Zone Battles event took place on Jan 24 2015 at Stay Sharp Barber Shop, East Orlando. The Event was hosted by Jonny Storm with Special Guest Judges Dj June Buhg ,Eddy Bullets, and Dj Goodfella. The First Battle of The Night was Buffalo Joe Vs Epidemikk, the Second Battle of The Night Was Lu Chipher Vs DaRange, and The Main Event was Tru Logik Vs Kream. The audience was great that night: LIVE, unbiased, and packed.
What qualities separate a good battle rapper from an average battle rapper? The difference between a Good Battle Rapper and an Average Battle Rapper is a Good/Great Battle Rapper has it all: punchlines, flow, delivery, performance, jokes, rebuttals,schemes, set-ups, confidence, crowd control, and the ability to entertain... not only the crowd, but the fans who watch later.
Who is the best battle rapper you've witnessed at your events? Outside of the Home Team Battlers "WeAllIn"(Kream, DaRange, Qleva), I say it has to be "RO".
Outside of your events, who is the best battle rapper alive? The Best Battle Rapper alive in my eyes has to be between Murder Mook and Hollow Da Don.
How would Kream, DaRange, and Qleva do against Murder Mook or Hollow Da Don? To be honest, I believe that the best of my league will one day be up there amongst the greatest, but right now they are not on the skill set or level of batlle rap that the other two are.
What is the future of Rap Battles? Rap Battles is at an all-time high and there is no telling how big it will be or what the future holds.
Drake has heralded King of the Dot as one of the world's best Battle Rap Leagues. How does WarZoneBattle Leauge compare and contrast to them? WarZoneBattles is still a new League and hopes to one day be as big as King of the Dot, but we definitely have the potential and talent to one day be as great as them.
