Please share a bit of your background and how its let up to where you are in the fitness industry today.

was always into fitness. Going way back in the day, I used to do aerobics, and enjoyed playing squash.

I didn't get into weight training until about 6 years ago. I met a trainer at Golds Gym here in Ft Myers when I first came to Florida 6 years ago. She was big time into competing, so I went to watch my very first competition and that's when I decided it's what I wanted to do.

I did my first competition in 2011 and I've been hooked since.

I first started in the figure division, after two years I switched to physique, which is where I truly belong.

Where do you typically workout? A certain gym? Any outdoor training?

I presently train at LA Fitness in Ft Myers and New Image in Bonita Springs.

Share with us a bit about your contest history and most memorable show experience.

My most memorable show would have to be the first year I switched to physique in 2013.

At the Toronto Super Show at provincial level I took first place in my open class which indicated to me that I made the right decision in switching devisions.

Is there something that motivates and or inspires you to workout, diet and compete in fitness that non-competitors might connect with? Which part do you have the most difficulty with?

I love to compete, I'm passionate about it. I love having total control of my body all the time. Of course I do this under the guidance of my amazing coach, Marijan Lipsinic, who does my nutrition for contest prep and also gives me direction throughout my off season.

I couldn't do any of this without my coach, he's helped me achieve my best physique. I'm a firm believer that consistency is key and it's the only way to achieve utmost results (pg. 22).
