Please share something of your background related to your interest in bodybuilding & fitness.

Fitness hasn’t always been a huge part of my life until about a year and a half ago. I was overweight growing up and also underweight at certain points. I came to love bodybuilding and nothing beats the feeling of working hard and earning the changes you see in your body. I am absolutely in love with this life!

Share with us a bit about your contest history and most memorable show experience.

I just recently competed in my 2nd show ever. My first show was the Central Florida Classic in which I won 1st place in short bikini class and I took the overall in bikini which qualified me for Junior Nationals next year! There was no better feeling than being rewarded for all the hard work I had put in, that by far was my most memorable show experience. The 2nd show I did I placed 5th at the St. Pete Classic. It’s not always about winning and that just means I’ll be putting in harder work for my next shows!

What motivates and or inspires you to workout, diet and compete? Which part do you have the most difficulty with?

The thing that motivates me the most to do this, is the feeling of being accomplished, whether it be after a tough workout or fighting the urge to go off my diet, I love the feeling of overcoming obstacles and knowing just how strong I am, mentally and physically! The hardest part for me would definitely be the diet! I have such a sweet tooth, it’s horrible, but I overcome it and think to myself of it paying off in the end!

What is your favorite part of being on stage and how do you feel about being in front of the camera.

My favorite part of being on stage would have to be just being able to have the courage to step on stage and see my family, friends, and coaches supporting me in the crowd. I haven’t always liked being in front of the camera, but recently I love it! I need to work on posing but other than that I love it (cont. pg. 6)!
