I'm a physical therapist and worked at a local hospital in the outpatient orthopedic department as well as the neonatal intensive care unit for 20 years. At this time I resigned and opened Miami Strength and Fitness Club with my husband. I have four children, three in college and one in high school. I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years so I know what it's like to juggle many roles... Business owner, wife, mother, trainer, therapist and still have time for myself to train.

NPC CENTRAL FLORIDA DISTRICT MEMORIAL
We lost a fellow bodybuilder last evening (Nov. 7), a member of our competitive family. Tim fought bravely against cancer for the past several years, winning on several occassions, never giving up, training hard in the gym, inspiring those around him with his silence and determination. Tim's entire family trained, competed and were with him til the end. His silent determination will be an inspiration to those that knew him and watched his courageous battle for many many years.
