Please share something of your background and how it relates to your
current interest in fitness and modeling.
I grew up being extremely active
I was a gymnast for about 6 or 7 years, then played soccer, and performed in the color guard in high school.
It wasn't until I had my son that I became obsessed with fitness. It started just trying to get the baby weight off and something just clicked, I loved the adrenaline from it and the feeling after a really intense workout. I didn't really know what I was doing either just started lifting heavy and not doing a lot of cardio little did I know what I was doing to my body. I built muscle all over especially my glutes and thought that was the way to go.
Anyway long story short I ended up going to school to become a trainer as well had a few trainers of my own and that’s when my body transformedfrom what I had built out and made bigger.
I am always wanting to learn more and more and I truly love the science behind it. I found my passion with once just started to get the baby weight off. I now own my own gym studio and just striving to better myself every day.
