Please share something of your background and how it relates to your current interest in fitness and modeling.

I have always been into fitness however I never lifted heavy because I had always heard that I would get too big and back then I didn't know much about the fitness industry. I wish I had known that was a big lie! I love lifting heavy now and the curves it has given my body. I feel stronger and get such a rush from knowing how strong I am and how much stronger I can get! I use to model for an Agency when I lived in Miami. I did lots of promo work and even got to work with Jeremy Shockey (Pro Football player), It was a great experience that I would like to get back to.

Share with us a bit about your contest history and most memorable show experience.

I have done three shows. Daytona Beach Classic placed 2nd, Southeastern's placed 4th and Central Florida District Championships placed 2nd. My most memorable show experience would have to be my first show because it was a new experience and my first time on stage when I got to look pretty in make up.

What motivates and or inspires you to workout, diet and compete in fitness?

I love when someone tells me that I motivate them to get up in the morning to workout or when my kids see me working out and they want to do the same thing. I want to be a positive role model for them through fitness.

Which part do you have the most difficulty with?

Waking up early starting my day is probably the hardest since I have a 1-year-old that still wakes up to feed at night. But I still push myself daily and make things happen (cont. pg. 6).
