What motivates and or inspires you to workout, diet and compete in fitness?
Workout and compete: Its kind of weird, but I have this motivation inside me, this hunger to not stop .to
overcome all the obstacles that I face. Probably the videos and the interviews that I watch, the magazines and books that I read, and the curiosity that I have inside me help to keep me motivated.
Diet: I love the discipline that I need to have. I don’t care about not eating pizza, chocolate, ice cream, or whatever. I am focused. I am totally dedicated to what I want. I eat what I need to eat. I learned to love everything that is on my diet, the mind its the most important thing when you are dieting, you need to have control of your mind, so you will have the control of your body. For me it doesn’t matter if I am in pre contest or in off season, my sources of carbs and proteins will be the same, what I change are the quantities and not the quality. I do not need to eat fast food or any other junkie, it won’t help me to reach my goals.
