Restless Natives
Being a Florida native son I cut my teeth on Cuban bread and was brought up reading classics like Mutiny on the Bounty, being enthrawled in Greek mythology promulgated by years of Latin studies daydreaming about Athena and imagining what the Sirens on that mythical beach must have sounded like while luring sailors to their doom. I'd sketch images of the gorgeous yachts harbored at nearby marinas and imagine a life cruising exotic isles and inlets with half a dozen gorgeous women on the bow while enjoying libations with Jimmy Buffet, Santana, Peter Tosh and Bob Marley playing in the background. So as no surprise my taste in women could be summed up by my score card having married twice once to the Colombian mother of my children and then a Filipino. Exotic and erotic floated the boat as a young man who behaved almost entirely on right brain emotion up until my mid thirties when the test levels ebbed enough that brain began to function on a more appropriate level. I still very much appreciate an exotic look and all it conjures up in the hearts, minds and loins of us mortals regardless of hormonal level.
All that to say, Erica Tatiana Calix is our current issue feature. Erica is a two time cancer survivor who as best we can figure is Mayan as both parents are native Hondurans.

Please share something of your background and how it relates to your current interest in fitness and modeling. I’ve always been very active. I was a cheerleader in middle school and took gymnastics
lessons. I was in my high school’s color guard and was in the flag, saber, and rifle line. It was my favorite part of my high school experience (cont. pg. 6)
