Now my motivation comes in showing people, including myself that having cancer is not a death sentence and by staying positive mentally, reducing stress and negativity, maintaining a healthy diet and continuing to exercise it will only help me stay in remission and be able to live a long healthy life with my husband. Competing allows me to take my story with me to share with others and also pushes me to go beyond my boundaries and comfort zone of where I want to be.

What is your favorite part of modeling whether it be certain clothes, posing, etc and least favorite part?
My favorite part of modeling is getting to put on make-up, getting my hair done, getting dressed up and showing off all of the hard work that I put in at the gym. I am still getting used to being the center of attention at a shoot and building that comfort level in front of the camera to get the best shots and poses that show off my physique the best.
What is the place you would most like to shoot at?
I would love to shoot on the beach somewhere tropical.
What would be your dream career if in the fitness industry?
My dream career would be help other cancer survivors learn how to be healthy, exercise, and get the most out of life. You only live once so you want to make the most out of it and by making healthy choices it definitely aids in your recovery and continued road to reducing the chances of re-occurrence.
Top six favorite workout songs?
I usually listen to Pandora and I like anything with a good beat that
can keep me moving when Iām exhausted and want to quit.
What is your favorite non-athletic activity? Spending time with my three fur babies and my husband
