Please share something of your background and how it relates to your current interest in fitness and modeling.
I grew up with both parents having the lifestyle of fitness , they both worked as personal trainers and also competed in the industry ! Baby see, baby do.
Share with us a bit about your contest history and most memorable show experience.
I started competing in 2011 when I was 18 years old. I have partaken in 7 shows, 3 of them as an IFBB Pro! My most memorable experience would DEFINITLEY be turning pro at Jr Nationals just last year in November 2013. Both my coaches Gale Elie and Dexter Jackson , along with my parents were able to share this memory with me!
What motivates and or inspires you to workout, diet and compete in fitness?
The thing that motivates me the most about competing is the challenge itself , mentally and physically. Your daily routine takes a
lot of work and mental strength when the body becomes weak. Inspiring others is also a huge part of competing in my eyes, somebody I've never met before writing me and expressing how I am what keeps them pushing is the best trophy I could ever win!
