Steps:
1) Place lalafells in large Pot; add enough water to cover them. Bring the water to boil then add some salt. The tears of the lalafells are a good replacement for salt if you're too lazy to get some! Reduce heat to medium-low; cover loosely and boil gently for 15 to 20 minutes or until lalafells break apart easily when pierced with fork. Drain well and skin them.
2) Mash lalafells with a popoto masher until no lumps remain. Your mash may look like a bloody red, but don't worry this is intended. Melt your butter and start adding it to the lalafells, continue mashing. Warm up your Milk and gradually add it to make the mashed lalafells smooth and creamy.
3) Last but not least add your spices and you're done!
