“It seems the effects do not trigger until the person in question has drifted off into a deep slumber, or more specifically, when their conscious fades. Although yes, in most cases it does appear the potion starts working after the affected goes to bed.”
“How are the effects of Fantasia determined?”
“This is a matter we have no evidence of. It is for that reason we can only make rough assumptions. In a way, it appears the potion reacts to the thoughts of the affected. We have yet to determine what thoughts it reacts to exactly, but we think it may be the target’s desires.
