I have had plenty of practice with doing speeches the past years, The one I gave on our first Founding day is on the scroll on the bottom.
At the time we were still living in the goblet and we had a smaller member group. Even though we were a year down the road, honestly I still had no clue about being a leader. I was simply trying hard at anything I could think of that the FC might need. We were back then not that active as we are now. It was a lot easier to manage the group, since well.. there was not as much to manage as there is nowadays. I learned so much back then, skills and knowledge I still use today.
