Steps:

1) In a small bowl, combine the sugars, flour and spices; set aside. In a large bowl, toss Lalas with lemon juice. Add sugar mixture; toss to coat.

2) Line a 9-inch pie plate with bottom crust; trim the pastry even with the edge. Fill it with the Lala mixture you prepared; dot with butter. Roll out remaining pastry to fit top of pie. Place the pastry over the filling. Trim, seal and flute edges. Cut a few slits in pastry.

3) Beat the egg white until foamy; brush it over the pastry. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover edges loosely with foil.

4) Bake the Pie at 190°C for 25 minutes. Remove the foil carefully and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool the pie on a wire rack and you’re done!

PS: In case you're a vegetarian or you don't want to sacrifice a lalafell use Apples, I wrote down the amount you need in that case.
