Lillian Pickering's story is really a mystery. She has turned into a jack-of-all-trades and a master at none. Despite this though, poetry, photography and a few other things have turned into her specialties over last decade or so. She expresses herself best in word or photo, so it is no surprise that she loves to do both. She says that most of her creative influence is experience- the rest is either e.e. Cummings and his inspirational way of using punctuation and grammar for writing style, and Salvador Dali for his distinct images and styles.

Alisa Schindler is a stay-at-home mother of three. In a former life she was an advertising copywriter and wannabe novelist. Now, she writea a blog (www.icescreammama.com) and is just finding herself once again. Here's where she starts.

Linda Serrato holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Chico State University and a M.A. in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. She loves to write, read, listen to music, dance, drink beer and watch baseball. She likes smiling, too. Smiling is good. She teaches elementary school and continues to learn from her students. She also continues to learn even more from her own son and daughter. Life never fails to surprise her--which, she says, is good when you're a poet.

Jen White is an adjunct instructor who teaches a variety of English courses at Butte Community College. She has had poems, short fiction, and essays published in Watershed and The Erudite.
