There are many color combos but
Chartreuse over white is the best.
You can fish this in Freshwater or Saltwater for any species of fish, they just need to be hungry. The best retrieve is a fast one. Be careful with your back cast as this fly has been known to crack some rod tips.
2. Wooly Bugger - Another Saltwater

used for many species of fish, it

Bass. You can find these from 2/0
in size to as small as #12 for
panfish. Historically the pattern is
viewed as an old Woolly Worm that has the added help of a Marabou tail. You can fish the unweighted version or with a weighted cone head for more jigging action. To add a little more simply tie in a little fashy tinsel for more pop.
