Tubin Tip's

The forum is still alive and working and will be going through some changes this year. But we will always be a group that is focused on promoting the sport of Float Tube Fishing, through education and bringing needed items and ideas to the world of Float Tube Fishing.

Currently we will be working on rebuilding our membership and of course conversation. We want this to continue to be a safe and enjoyable place for everyone to post and communicate. We encourage new members to post their welcome and ask any question you might have. Also we ask our seasoned vets to welcome our new members and answer those questions.

We will simply continue to talk and promote the FTFF and work on our Social Media Platform as well. The FTFF is going to thrive and will help our members. We will continue to lead the web in education and knowledge in our sport.

We have all had the issue at some point. Zippers that corriod and or get stuck. This can be a tough problem and could lead to some lost gear or the thought that we need to purchase a new float tube.

Well we are here to let you know that is not alway the case. There is a simple fix for such a big problem. ChapStick, that is right I said ChapStick. What you do is with your ChapStick simply run the product along the zipper teeth to help the zipper move over the teeth smoothly. It is something that you should do often, maybe look at doing this after each trip out and of course a good cleaning.

This simple but effective tip can decrease frustration and increase the longevity of your zippers on your favorite float tube.
