I was impressed with the construction of these boats like most hybrids. This boat is indestructible if cared for properly. Some of the features I find to be most exciting are the following.
1. The detachable platform
2. The Seat and attached bag
3. The Super 2 Pump
4. The quality Backpack carrier.
I have to admit I really
wanted to test it
out for the top
platform and I
can say that it does
perform in the water well
sits a little lower in the water
then other tubes like it. But it is fast and agile and just a lot of fun. Of course with the pontoons it is just fun and might even say more agile when rowing it with oars. The pontoons give you a lot of height out of the water which means your fins while they work do not work like a traditional float tube. But with the oars and the use of your fins you can still move with ease. This is a fishing machine that can be used just about anywhere you are fishing, including of course some small rapids. Overall the Gigbob is amazing and will not disappoint.
