Module Three task:
Part one:
Take note of your mind chatter. Is it mostly good?
Mostly bad? When does it get particularly active? Does
it always say the same things, in the same situations?
Try setting an alarm, perhaps every 30 min, and notice
what is happening with your mind chatter. It’s
especially useful to keep a journal to keep track of all of
this.
Part two:
Think about your old mental model for dating, and then
what you have replaced it with.
