8 BORDERLINE BOARDGAMES BBGAMES is a common proposal defined by the gathering of 10 partners from 10 European countries, which in these last months have been sharing concerns and ideas, and which have a common denominator: almost all have extensive experience in international youth-work directly linked with target groups with fewer opportunities or which have expressed their interest through recognition of a similar need and shared their vision. The main purpose of this project is to overcome the needs of a practical and enjoyable way of education in economical literacy, due the economical crisis that Europe is passing, and the resolution of conflicts (that also occur due to difficulties that youngsters face). (BBGAMES) The tension is rising in the youngsters (especially the ones with less opportunities) and the inherent difficulties that youth organizations, youth workers, educators and trainers face in dealing with this. These subjects were considered priority by the partners and the idea of creating and developing board-games that could help and provide a practical tool of education on these matters, raised leading to the creation of this partnership and project. Is it really possible to recreate the complexity of a conflict in a tense geographical area through a simulation exercise? And can you predict how young people will handle it, if they, themselves, are in charge of the proceedings?
