students and visitors to the UK the

well as a selected choice of weekend breaks
to UK and European destinations.
If you choose to cancel a booking that you have made on one of our tours you must give us
notice, prior to the start of the tour, of 14 days for a one day tour, and 21 days for a multi-day tour.
If you cannot give us notice then we regret that we will be unable to refund your money. All ticket
cancellations will be subject to a minimum administration charge of £10 for a one-day tour or £20
for a multi-day tour per passenger.
If we decide to cancel your tour for any reason we will offer you a full refund of all monies paid.
Furthermore we will inform you or your agent of our intention to cancel, at least 24 hours prior
to departure for a one-day tour, and at least 48 hours prior to departure for a multi-day tour, if
humanly possible. For all tours advertised on this website, a minimum number of people need to
book to enable the tour to take place, otherwise the tour may be cancelled.
We reserve the right to alter the itinerary, dates and time of departure, and the visits included, or
type of vehicle used.
Our experience over many years have alerted
us to a wide array of risk factors.
We are able to use this knowledge to make a
priority of minimizing hazardous situation
through an emphasis on planning and
preparation.

It is your responsibility to have the appropriate visa to travel. You are also advised to take out
adequate travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation by yourself, or the cost of assistance,
including emergency repatriation in the event of illness while on a tour. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund in the even that you fail to arrive at the departure point on time.
Name and/or date changes requested by you may be made to a booking, provided you give notice of at least 14 days, and will be subject to a minimum administration charge of £10 for a oneday tour or £20 for a multi-day tour per passenger.

Terms & Conditions
We do not accept liability or responsibility for the actions of independent contractors, their employees or representatives.
We accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss,
however caused, unless due to our employee’s negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a
maximum of the tour cost.
All monies paid for package tour are held in a trust fund, until the tour is completed.

All passengers under the age of 18 need a letter of consent from a parent or legal guardian and
travel with a companion who will take responsibility of them.
