The student must apply to the embassy of the Schengen State where he/she will stay the longest or if visiting two or more Schengen Areas for the same amount of days, he/she should apply to the embassy of the country being visited first. For example, if the person is traveling first to Paris and afterwards to Amsterdam - staying at each place for the same number of days, the student should apply to the French embassy. If visiting the same places but Amsterdam will be the longest stay, he/she should apply to the Netherlands embassy. WHO can apply? Students who have a student visa can apply and travel at London Embassies, 3 months before their UK student visa expire. However, students who possess a Student C visit visa can only apply with the Netherlands Embassy, therefore they would need to visit the Netherlands as their main destination to be able to be considered by the visa section at the embassy. All other student visas such as Visa Visitor 11 months+, Tier 4, etc. are accepted by all embassies. CAn i visit other places with my schengen visa? Yes!
