FIVE METHODS FOR IGNITING GROWTH IN STUBBORN MUSCLE GROUPS.

Wouldn’ t it be awesome if everything in life went smoothly and predictably and remained consistent— especially in the world of bodybuilding and physical transformation? How cool would it be if all we had to do was go to the gym and train every muscle with the same intensity, methodology, volume, and frequency to achieve totally proportionate growth throughout the physique?
Yeah, it would be pretty damn cool. Unfortunately, for 99.99 % of us, this is simply not reality. Genetics are a funny( or not that funny) thing, full of both blessings and curses. For some, pecs, arms, and quads come easy, while the delts, back, and hams always seem to lag behind. For others, the opposite is true. If you’ re lucky, you may have only a couple of stubborn body parts, neither of which detracts from your overall look to any great degree.
Regardless of your exact muscle makeup, however, it can be quite frustrating to watch some areas of your physique consistently blossom while others remain stagnant despite what you perceive to be your greatest output of effort.
In my 25-plus years as a bodybuilder, a training theorist, and a coach, I have made it my mission to help others overcome the roadblocks that prevent them from achieving their ultimate physique transformation goals.
