Nutrition program
Being on the go can impact food choices and affect our brain, mood, and mental health. To assist, Healthy Heads developed programs and resources advised by The National Nutrition Foundation that make it easier for everyone to make healthier choices every day.
How Ya Travellin’? with Shane Jacobson
Created by Healthy Heads, Shane Jacobson hosts a podcast to discuss the mental wellbeing of truckies and people working in warehouse and logistics. Perfect for employees on the go, the podcast breaks down how to maintain wellness no matter what bumps you hit on the route.
Fuel crisis resources
Healthy Heads has had a front seat to the impact the fuel crisis has had on the industry, which is why they gathered support and initiatives to help lighten the load for business owners and workers. These resources include free, confidential support, practical tools, and a place of community for industry insiders.
The future of Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds
In May 2026, Healthy Heads received a landmark investment through the Federal Budget which was matched through a co-investment commitment from the Goodman Foundation. In a huge win for the mental health and wellbeing support of Australia’ s transport, warehousing, and logistics industries, Healthy Heads was provided with $ 5 million to significantly expand their frontline support and suicide prevention efforts.
This funding will go towards supporting a major expansion of the Healthy Heads Road Show, increasing from 70 events per year to over 150 and will fund a dedicated research project to quantify and provide evidence-based prevention strategies for suicide among Australian truck drivers. For the sector made up of over 745,000 Australians, this funding will go a long way towards helping Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds drive wellbeing initiatives across the country.
