The last car to have a cassette player in the Asian market was the Toyota Century.
The Toyota Century G50 was Japan’ s premiere luxury car for some time. In fact, the Century lineup was Toyota’ s flagship series when it debuted in the 60s. Decades later in 2013, the Toyota Century was the last model to be produced with a cassette player from the factory. Sony even made an exclusive cassette Walkman for the model!

A teenager invented the world’ s longest motor scooter.
Bruce Mohs was only a teenager when he built the world’ s longest motor scooter in school’ s metal shop. Known for being an inventor with eccentric taste, Mohs eventually went on to build the Mohs Ostentianne Opera. Check out the unique vehicle design here!
Audi’ s name came from the Latin word“ audire.”
Though the brand isn’ t based in Italy, the origin of Audi’ s name is actually Latin... referring to a German word. The founder of Audi is a man named August Horch. Legend has it that Horch wanted to pay homage to his surname, which means“ listen” in German. Unbeknownst to him, the son of one of his business partners sat in during a meeting and suggested the Latin word“ audire” which means the same thing.
Older French passenger vehicles had yellow front lights for an interesting reason.
From 1937 until 1992, French passenger cars were required by law to have selective yellow headlamps. Early iterations of the modern car had kerosenepowered lamps as headlights. The glare of these headlights affected oncoming traffic towards the vehicle. France mandated selective yellow lights, eliminating blues and indigos, to allow better visibility for the road for oncoming drivers— not the operator of the vehicle itself.
