In the heart of Moree, Kendall Tait is steering Tait Auto Group with a mix of commercial discipline, community connection, and an unwavering commitment to people.
As the General Manager of the Moree branch and the Group’ s Business Development and Compliance Manager, she has carved out a leadership role that reflects both her regional roots and her vision for the industry’ s future.
A Career Built on People Skills
Kendall’ s journey into automotive leadership began long before she ever stepped foot into a dealership. She spent five years as a beauty therapist, an experience she credits with building the foundations for her leadership style.
She says it“ paved my foundations with people,” a skill she carried with her when she shifted industries in 2011.
Her first automotive role was as a Relief Business Manager at Oldmac Toyota, followed by three years as Business Manager at Oldmac Mazda. Her career took a pivotal turn when her father asked her to return home to help run the Moree dealership.
She has now been leading the multi-franchised and multi-location operation for nearly a decade.
