Three FMOs Pioneer the Next Evolution in Digital Maintenance
WORDS BY AUTOGURU
Smartfleet, Summit Fleet, and Interleasing are ushering in a new era of digital fleet maintenance by partnering with AutoGuru to launch client-facing maintenance portals over the coming months- a significant feature upgrade in the rollout of the FleetGuru ® platform.
Announced during a webinar hosted by Mace Hartley, Executive Director of the Australian Fleet Management Association( AfMA), this marks stage two of FleetGuru’ s digital evolution. Customers of Smartfleet, Summit Fleet, and Interleasing can now apply for digital access to view their vehicle portfolios and book maintenance online- all within a single, unified platform.
Fleet managers can easily browse their fleet portfolio online and access complete digital logbooks as part of the first phase of rollout, and during phase two will have the ability to book over 10,000 approved service providers nationwide.
Demand for the early access program has been strong, with expressions of interest received from multiple government departments, state-based utilities, health and community providers and national corporate entities- representing over 80,000 vehicles.
Founder and CEO of AutoGuru, Eden Shirley, says:“ This milestone represents a defining moment in the digital transformation of the Australian fleet industry and sets a new benchmark in how FMOs and their clients collaborate to enhance portfolio visibility, automate maintenance operations, and reduce compliance risk and downtime.”
FleetGuru is ISO 27001-aligned, engineered for scale across large and complex fleets, and built for seamless API integration with existing fleet data systems.
Tackling Fleet Maintenance Challenges Head-On
