FleetGuru 2.0 digitises logbooks, scheduled servicing & more
WORDS BY AUTOGURU
AutoGuru, the Australian autotech innovator transforming the ANZ fleet maintenance market, today announced the launch of FleetGuru 2.0 – the next evolution of its pioneering fleet maintenance authorisation platform.
First unveiled at the AfMA Fleet Summit 2025, FleetGuru digitises the approval process between service providers and fleet management organisations( FMOs). Now, with FleetGuru 2.0, FMOs can give customers unprecedented visibility and control of maintenance scheduling and compliance through FMO-branded maintenance portals.
Eden Shirley, Managing Director of AutoGuru, said:
“ FMOs excel at managing maintenance, controlling costs, and issuing service notifications. Now they can go further – streamlining their customers’ vehicle scheduling and bookings, with real-time reporting and full process transparency.
This means better awareness, with actionable safety and compliance prompts, and fleet managers informed at every step.”
Smartfleet and Summit Fleet have signed up and eligible customers can participate in the Early Access Program that launches in September.
Interleasing is onboarding now and will be able to activate customers in the coming months.
Through the FleetGuru Maintenance Portal, fleet managers can view their entire vehicle portfolio, with filters and alerts to manage scheduled maintenance. Each vehicle profile includes a complete digital logbook with service history, repair records, and upcoming maintenance. Fleet Managers can also invite other team members with tailored access rights.
Later this year, AutoGuru will roll out“ Mic”, its intelligent AI booking agent – first demoed live during Eden Shirley’ s keynote at the AfMA Summit. Mic enables fleet managers to assign a digital assistant to contact drivers and book servicing with their network of 12,000 authorised repairers – eliminating phone calls, follow-ups, and missed maintenance windows.
Shirley believes FleetGuru 2.0 marks a turning point:
“ This evolution empowers FMOs and their customers to collaborate in a fully transparent, data-driven way. By combining customer-facing portals with agentic AI booking, we’ re setting a new industry standard for speed, accuracy, and user experience.”
For more complex repairs, Fleet Managers will have access to advanced quote-building tools to specify detailed work orders, which can then be scheduled with workshops and authorised by FMOs.
Built for the Future
FleetGuru 2.0 is powered by AutoGuru’ s globalised, cloud-native maintenance platform, enabling rapid scaling for large FMOs with complex portfolios. Its API-first, data-driven architecture supports integrations with telematics, predictive maintenance, driver communication tools, and advanced AI automation.
