The excitement and the learning continued in day two with Geotab ’ s Chief Customer Officer ( Toronto , Canada ) Colin Southerland opening the day with a speech on challenges and opportunities for global data .
We cannot forget about Lisa Panarello ’ s keynote address on executive presence and the role of emotional intelligence in our success .
Clinching the conference was a session led by Hunter Shannonhouse from Scotwork Negotiations on managing change and influencing outcomes .
