FLEETDRIVE clients, our assessors, and repairers to easily engage which allow our repairers to prepare the quote and estimate without having to take the motor vehicle in physically. The future of digital technology will speed up this process with the artificial intelligence predicting and scoping the estimate on the damage to the motor vehicle from a digital image. This technology seems implausible now but in other parts of the world it is very much a reality and the future, at Innovation Group we are working with a global company to deliver this solution in Australia in 2022.
A repair network strategy is critical from choosing the correct repairers with the adequate equipment to repair different types of vehicles, the right technical skills set to ensure that vehicles are repaired to the standard and quality expected from day one. The seamless automated process between our claims department and our repairers and the interaction with and updating fleet managers and drivers throughout the repair process, while at the same time taking out unnecessary duplication. The end goal is to reduce the handling time and the critical time off road factor for fleet companies, ultimately controlling the overall claims spend. We are working closely with select partners and suppliers to deliver a solution that will greatly enhance our digital solution. Third party administrators that focus on a direct digital strategy with their clients with an integrated and automated link with partners, suppliers and insurers will be the claims administrator of the future.
