COVID-19 once again dominates the start of our year , impacting organisations across every industry vertical . Organisations continue to adapt to COVID-19 and perhaps we are nearing the start of our new normal .

Many things may have changed but it ’ s not all for the worse . So , in this edition , we ’ re focusing on all things fresh and new . We reached out to our suppliers and asked them about the exciting projects for 2022 and how they plan on creating new outcomes and opportunities for our fleet operators . We also asked them What will you do to set yourself apart from your competitors ? What ’ s your core focus this year and how can it provide genuine value to fleet operators ?
Our friends from Innovation Group will be sharing how digital technology can be used to enhance customer experience when it comes to motor vehicle claims .
Meanwhile , the folks from Motor Dealer Exchange will be talking about the rise of online vehicle trading and how it can benefit fleet operators .
Also in this issue , our guest contributor David Swords , Risk Consultant for DriverRisk Australia will give us an overview on why data is important , and the key role is plays in risk management .
Furthermore , our resident scribe , Anby Alcomendas will be talking about the top 3 Fleet Industry Trends for 2022 and we ’ ll touch on happens around the world .
