Postponement of the 2020 Australasian Fleet Conference & Exhibition What is happening with the AfMA conference for 2020? We’re excited to announce the new dates for our Australasian Fleet Conference & Exhibition being Monday & Tuesday 9th & 10th November 2020. Our success in finding alternative dates is based on preempting the need to postpone the conference and comes after many discussions, negotiations and compromises aligning many stakeholders, including our event partners Toyota Fleet and Toyota Fleet Management, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), Crown Casino, Moreton Hire, Touchpoint our delegate registration, our Jon Faine our MC and our entertainers. What is the likelihood the conference will need to be rescheduled again due to COVID-19? Unfortunately, no one can answer this question. COVID-19 is the largest global pandemic in the past 100 years. It’s hoped the restrictions on non- essential travel, gatherings, social distancing and time will allow us as a nation to return to normal, well the new normal (whatever that looks like) many months before the conference.
