While according to Western ideology coercion should force certain Third World nations to comply , the questioning of the world economic order , controlled by the dollar , having been very deadly in countries like Iraq , with the hanging of Saddam Hussein , who was the first to have the a ront of trading Iraqi oil in a currency other than the dollar , and Libya , where the equally violent death of Muammar Gaddafi , who proposed to create an African currency based on the gold standard and mining resources confirmed the plot . Also , the lifting of the deadly shield by a force equal to , or greater than the American army and its allies such as Russia , is a boon for nations which for too long have been struggling with Western sanctions , both those written based on open conflicts with countries like Iran or North Korea , as well as those based on racist ostracism towards Third World countries , such as the underdevelopment system of sub-Saharan Africa . Mutatis mutandis , it makes sense that during votes in the United Nations , that aim to condemn Putin ' s abuses in Ukraine , that these third world countries in the majority of cases abstained , because they understand that their only lifeline in a world order controlled by the slavers and colonial powers , they can only hope for an alternative system that would at least give them a choice option . These countries have known for a very long time through their quirky history with the West that Westerners cannot be trusted for the plausible economic development of their countries . The big fortunes of the world with what happens to the Russian oligarchs have also come to understand that , in a world where their business is often linked to more or less recommendable characters , depositing their assets , investing in Western countries , or letting wade crown jewels of their wealth like their super yachts through islands of political oppression , under the guise of economic sanctions , would be dangerous , as they could arbitrarily lose their investments , like Roman Abramovich at Chelsea , or have their assets seized . From now on , on this side too , new destinations for the well-being of the super-rich are emerging . Western beaches such as the French Rivieras , or the American coasts , will
