His goal is to create a music with modern instruments , firmly rooted in the cultural , traditional and contemporary heritage of black people from all walks of life . » In 1992 , he invited 4 white musicians to discover African rhythms , and founded the group " Blancs d ' Afrique ", a musical structure which claims and is oriented around 3 poles : love , humor and fraternity . The year 1994 will have a particular importance for Ben ' s through 3 events : MCM television channel decides to produce a program dedicated to the history of groove , and films one of his concerts at " La Chapelle des Lombards " in Paris . The worldwide francophone channel , TV5 makes a program about his group “ Blancs d ’ Afrique ” Arte calls on him to compose the music for the film “ La tête dans les nuages ” by Jean Marie Teno , a renowned Cameroonian director .
In 1995 Ben ' s toured throughout Europe with the black American singer Billy Paul . In 1996 , he composed the music for the film " Clando " by Jean Marie Teno . The Soundtrack of this film will be the first CD that he produces alone . While the Lambada fever will continue to take hold of the planet precisely because in the Parisian studios talents like Bens Belinga will succeed in giving it a global touch , the 2000s will open a new chapter on musical sounds while pop music will regain some composure eclipsing a bit the musical diversity of the 90s Ben ' s will continue various musical projects .
