Twith a friend , fiancé , husband or wife can be a great experience . What I like about training partners is the great flow to the training sessions and the accountability it creates . It ' s easy to skip a workout on your own , but not when someone depends on you to be there to work hard together and honor the commitment you both make . There ' s also accountability when you live together , especially preparing quality meals and supporting each other ' s goals in the kitchen , eating together and enjoying the process as your body changes from week to week . When onehalf of the partnership is eating clean , it ' s easier for the other person to stay on track . In the past , I would market to future brides and grooms and prep them for their wedding day . I found that when those couples trained hard in the gym and supported one another they were more likely to have a successful marriage . I also love to work with couples who are already married , as training is quality time together that will improve not only your physical health but enrich you mentally , spiritually , emotionally and financially . As you continue to learn how to train properly , you become more disciplined which creates structure and contributes to making better choices both in and out of the gym .

Nicole Stasi " TJ is an amazing person and personal trainer ! I contacted him with 16 weeks left to go before my wedding . I wasn ' t going to the gym consistently , and I knew I needed a change after my father suddenly passed away from a heart attack . Within the first week , I quickly learned that what I thought was " good food " was , in fact , the wrong food . Learning about nutrition was the hard part . TJ wants you to learn to be your own nutritionist , and although it was frustrating at first , it was the tough love that I needed ! It is not a " diet ," it is a lifestyle ! Although it is a lot of work , the results make it all worth it ! In 16 weeks I lost 14 pounds and a total of 5 inches in my hips and waist . what I was doing in particular to working out , dieting ( if I wanted to ) and overall training . I came with my now wife to see TJ not thinking I needed help with any of the previous items , but oh boy was I the epitome of incorrect . My wife and I started training TOGETHER ( an amazing activity to do together !) for 16 weeks before our wedding . In this period , TJ reshaped my whole thought process regarding lifting and dieting . He wasn ’ t a trainer that was going to give me a specific diet and training regimen , but a coach , a coach that gave me tools to facilitate a different means of weight training and especially fueling my body for optimal results . Let me state he will not give you a cookie cutter diet . TJ will direct & guide you with your macros and training . At first it ’ s not easy , but once you get into the swing of things , see results , as well as feel better , it ’ s amazing ! In only 16 weeks , I reshaped my body . I lost about 15-18 pounds ( I ’ d say ALL fat ), about 2-3 inches on my waist , while maintaining my 48 ” shoulders . I will say besides feeling better , there is no better satisfaction than when “ those guys ” come up to you at the gym and ask “ What are you taking ?” This is just the tip of the iceberg for what TJ ’ s training does for your physique to have people like “ those guys ” think you ' re using alternate ways of achieving definition . The training teaches you a way to carry yourself , be conscious about your posture and take care of your body in the right way . I would like to thank TJ for helping me reach a goal that needed refining , as well as helping me look great for my wedding day .
