We Do It With Classes
Trends Come And Go, But Classes R 4-EVA
let me assure you it is not. In fact, it
may be the most important factor for
their success. So, they're effective,
they're fun and they connect you to a
supportive, like-minded community.
Picture this: It's your first day at the
gym and you decide to join in on a
class. You may not know what to do,
what you need or how to proceed. If
you came with a friend or if you
introduced yourself to the instructor,

hirty years have seen many
changes. We've gone from 1,800
square feet to 6,000 to 17,000+!
From Grove Place, to Main Street to Deer
Park Avenue; From no machines at all to
a half-dozen basic treadmills and bikes
(no televisions or internet) to over 45
pieces of state-of the-art cardio and 50
pieces of strength training equipment;
From no employees, just Cor and Ken, to
a staff over 80; From paper membership
cards to FI scan cards, to the new FI app
membership card. Not to mention all the
fitness trends through the years: the leg
warmers, headbands, thong bodysuits,
high top sneakers, and the crazy fad
diets. Through it all, the one common
denominator for Fitness Incentive has
always been our fitnes ́
